In the first match of the third week of Afghanistan’s Premier League (APL) football tournament on Wednesday in Kabul, De Spinghar Bazan beat Mawjhay Amu 1-0. 

The only goal of the play was netted by Bazan’s player Ghulam Hazrat Niazi in the 13th minute of the match. 

In the second half of the play, both teams had numerous chances to score goals for their teams, but neither of them could net the ball. 

De Maiwand Atalan player Amruddin Sharifi has meanwhile netted six goals for his team and is so far the top scorer of the tournament. 

 Simorgh Alborz will play against Toofan Harirod on Thursday.
