Sources within the Independent Election Commission of Afghanistan (IEC) told TOLOnews on Tuesday that Gula Jan Abdul Badi Sayyad the head of the electoral body has sent a vehicle full of election material, especially brochures and stickers, to Nangarhar province in an “unclear and questionable” manner.
 
There are no details in writing about the material having been sent to Nangarhar and at least two of the IEC commissioners know nothing about it, said the sources.
