The Taliban say that peace talks with the US have ended and they have finalized a peace agreement.

Sohail Shaheen, a Taliban spokesman, said they will sign the agreement with the US by the end of the month.

Zalmay Khalilzad, US special envoy for Afghan peace, said that everyone should try to end the four decades of war in Afghanistan.
