Iran Warns Israel of Severe Response to Any Future Aggression

Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, has issued a stern warning to Israel, saying that any attack on Iranian territory will be met with a strong response.

He emphasized that Israel should not underestimate Iran’s resolve.

Araghchi reaffirmed Iran's ongoing support for any form of "resistance" against Israel.

His comments follow Tehran's launch of nearly 200 rockets toward Tel Aviv last week, in retaliation for Israeli strikes on Lebanon.

According to Reuters, Araghchi is set to visit several Middle Eastern countries, seeking an end to the current crisis and condemning Israel’s "crimes" in Lebanon and Gaza.

Meanwhile, Israeli forces have continued their assaults on Lebanon, with the army recently announcing the start of ground operations in southwestern Lebanon.

Reuters reports that the United Nations has once again called for a diplomatic solution to resolve the escalating conflict.
