Spokesperson for the security command of Nimroz province told Tolonews that a suicide bomber detonated explosives he was wearing inside the governor’s building after being identified by security forces.

According to Gul Muhammad Qudrat, they have begun investigations about the incident.

Qudrat has not given details about potential casualties.

No group has claimed responsibility for the incident yet.

The spokesman of the Interior Ministry, Abdul Mateen Qani, wrote on X that the attack caused 3 security members to be injured.
