The security institutions of the country asked the citizens to cooperate with the security forces to ensure the security of the country.
In a ceremony on Wednesday, the Ministry of Interior praised the functions of the security forces and their efforts to ensure security during Eid.
“During the day and night of Eid, we did not have a single security incident across the country, and this is a great achievement,” said Abdul Mattin, spokesman for the Ministry of Interior.
“As during the days of Eid, the security forces provide security for you and your property, and people's help is very necessary. We ask the people to cooperate with the security forces,” said Abdul Rahman Saqib, deputy minister of Interior.
According to this ministry, citizens spent Eid without any security incidents.
“During Eid, security was provided for the people, and people's help is very necessary. We ask people to cooperate with the security forces,” said Mosa Ibrahim, deputy of the Kabul security command.
Meanwhile, some Kabul residents called on security institutions to make greater efforts in providing security to the country.
“Before, we couldn't walk down our alley during the day without fear,” said Ilham, a Kabul resident.
“The security is good, and we are happy,” said Fardin, a resident of Kabul.
This is despite the fact that a number of residents of the capital have complained about the high level of crime in recent months in Kabul.
