A blast has been heard in the Takiakhana Imam Zaman (place of worship) in Pol-e-Khomri, the center of Baghlan province.

A TOLOnews reporter said that the blast occurred during Friday prayers.

The director of Baghlan Information and Culture department, Mustafa Hashemi, told TOLOnews that in the suicide attack, seven people were killed and 17 were injured.

Hashemi said that some of the injured have been transferred to Kunduz hospital for treatment.
