The prime minister of the caretaker government of Pakistan, Anwar ul-Haq Kakar, said that the recognition of the Islamic Emirate needs the regional consensus. In an exclusive interview with TOLOnews, Kakar said that all countries of the region, including Russia and China, want peace and security and stability in Afghanistan.
