In this interview TOLOnews’ Jamal Nasir Farahmand discusses the issue around the leadership of Hizb-e-Islami party with Abdul Hadi Arghandiwal, head of the party. 

Hizb-e-Islami was founded by Gulbuddin Hekmatyar but is registered at the justice ministry in the name of Arghandiwal. 

But now after Hekmatyar’s return from self-imposed exile following the signing of a peace agreement with government, disagreements about the leadership of the party have come about.
