The National Football Team won a friendly match against Singapore by 2-1 in Doha on Thursday night.

The first goal of the match was scored by Sharif Mohammad in the 5th minute while Singapore scored their first goal in the 47th minute of the game. 

Afghanistan also did show one or two positive signs, with Faisal Shayistah looking to run the show for them, although they failed to really trouble Hassan again.

However, in the 57th minute of the match Mustafa Azadzoi scored the second goal of Afghanistan and with this they succeeded to win the match against Singapore. 

The Afghan squad members who have traveled to Qatar for friendly matches are as follows:

• Owais Azizi, Hamidullah Wakili, Kawesh Haidari as goalkeepers;

• Husain Amini, Sayed Hashimi, Farzad Ataee, Mujib Jamali, Sharif Mohammad, Arash Atifi, Binjamin Najm, Husain Alizada, Omid Entezar and Rohullah Eqbalzada as defenders;

• Kanishka Tahir, Abasin Alikhail, Faisal Shayista, Farshad Noor, Noorullah Amiri, Omid Popalzai, Milad Salim, Zubair Amiri, Mustafa Azadzoi and Fardin Hakimi as center players;

•  Khairbar Amani, Jabbar Sharza and Amruddin Sharif will play in defend line.

The Afghan team will play against Vietnam in their next match.
