Bakhtar Airlines Hires 3 New Afghan Pilots

Bakhtar Airlines on Thursday said that the company has hired three newly graduated Afghan pilots.

The three pilots graduated from UAE, Jordan and Norway aviation academies.

The pilots have conducted 25 flights in the past seven months.

They will now be undertaking four flights daily in the country.

The pilots are named Reshad Habib, Omar Noorzada and Ehsanullah Zazai.

“Now I serve as an officer for Bakhtar airlines; we are now in our training phase and I accompany the captains who have lots of experience. Currently we are conducting flights domestically,” said Reshad Habib, a pilot.

“The passengers and any other people should be confident that the Taliban has nothing to do with us, because we are civilians and we do not need to fear,” said Ehsanullah Zazai, a pilot.

Omar Noorzada, a pilot, graduated from the UAE aviation academy. He has eight hours of flying time in Europe, too.

“Fortunately today there is a lot of opportunity for the new generation who are associated with aviation.

Governments, countries and private companies are providing the best services in this field,” said Omar Noorzada, a pilot.

Bakhtar Airlines resumed operations last year after 28 years of suspension.

A new and young Afghan team reived the company.
