At least 10 insurgents and three Daesh militants were killed in military operations in the past 24 hours in different parts of the country, officials said Saturday.
 
205 Atal Military Corps said ten insurgents were killed in Arghandab district of Zabul province in the operation, and that a number of weapons were also seized.
 
In a separate operation, three Daesh militants were killed in clashes with security forces on Friday in Nangarhar province, security officials said.
 
Officials from 201 Selab Corps said that the clash occurred in Ghani Khail district of Nangarhar when dozens of Daesh militants attacked a check post.
 
No casualties among security forces were reported.
