After hearing recommendations from a research team on the Afghan Constitution as well as on the judicial and executive branches, the Second Vice President Mohammad Sarwar Danish at a gathering on Monday said the parliamentary system is not applicable in the current situation.

The Afghanistan Research and Evaluation Unit (AREU) which conducted the research pointed out to some problems in the judicial and executive branches and meanwhile made some recommendations for the Constitution.
