Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang has called for the establishment of an inclusive government in Afghanistan.

Speaking at a press conference in Islamabad, Gang asked that Islamic Emirate adopt moderate polices and ensure friendly relations with its neighbors.

“We hope that Taliban would embrace inclusive governance and moderate polices and maintain friendly relations with its neighbors,” the Chinese Foreign Minister said.

Qin Gang urged the current Afghan government to take the security concerns of its neighboring countries seriously and fight against terrorist groups.

“It is important that Taliban take the security concerns of its neighbors seriously and take stronger measures to counter the various terrorist forces within Afghanistan,” Gang further stated.

However, the Islamic Emirate considers the current government to be inclusive and said that no threat will be made from Afghanistan's soil against other countries.

"No one is permitted to threaten another country from Afghan territory. Countries should not be worried about Afghanistan's territory. Regarding the system’s structure, I should note that the system's structure is inclusive,” said Bilal Karimi, Deputy Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate.

Amir Khan Muttaqi, the acting foreign minister of the Islamic Emirate, during his visit to Islamabad, spoke with a number of senior Pakistani officials, including Chief of Army Staff Syed Asim Munir, as well as a number of political and religious figures, about a range of topics, including political, business, transit, and economic issues.

According to some political analysts, the role of China and Pakistan is effective in ensuring peace and stability in Afghanistan.

"China and Pakistan will succeed in bringing about long-term stability in Afghanistan when they do not disregard Afghan reality and respect the wishes of all Afghan people,” said Nematullah Bizhan, an international relations expert.

“It can have a direct impact and play an effective role in the cultural, political, economic, and security spheres of Afghanistan, and I think this desire exists now,” said Barna Salehi, a political analyst.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that they expect “Taliban leaders” to fulfill their promises on forming an inclusive government, “not only in terms of ethnic groups but also by ensuring the presence of the entire spectrum of Afghanistan’s political forces.”
