At least two Afghan National Army (ANA) soldiers were wounded early Saturday in Kandahar province, local officials confirmed.  

According to the officials the explosion occurred around 07:00 am local time when a magnetic mine placed on an army Ranger was detonated in PD10 Kandahar city. 

However, a source said that two ANA soldiers were killed in the explosion and two others were wounded. 

So far, no group including the Taliban has claimed responsibility for the explosion.
