Kunduz Hosts Spin Zar Poetry Night to Boost Local Products

The state-owned company Spin Zar, in coordination with the Directorate of Information and Culture of Kunduz, has organized a literary and cultural program called "Poetry Night" in the province.

The aim of the event, which was attended by a number of poets, writers, businessmen, and residents of Kunduz, is said to support domestic production.

In this event, oil, seeds, soap, shampoo, and paper towels, which are the basic products of the state-owned company Spin Zar of Kunduz, were displayed.

Matiullah Rohani, head of Information and Culture of Kunduz, said: "Tonight we displayed the products that are made here, and I think that launching this program will have a good effect on marketing the products of the state-owned company Spin Zar. In the future, traders and people will become aware of the products of the company and these products will be sold at a good price in the markets."

"Ten items of goods produced by the state-owned company Spin Zar were introduced to the public and citizens with pure and high-quality international standards, and our request from the public and citizens is that they support the state-owned company Spin Zar while they are purchasing their necessities," said Naeed Farkhary, the operational deputy of the Spin Zar Kunduz Directorate.

Participants in the event believe that supporting domestic products impacts the growth of the country's economy.

"People should be aware that Spin Zar's products are the best production and people should use these goods more than others that are offered from abroad, as they are cheaper, good and of high quality," said Sohrab, a participant.

"We were not previously aware that the state-owned company Spin Zar had these productions, tonight we saw these productions and our request from the people is to use the products of the company so that the country's economy can grow," said Sayed Gul Sultani, another participant.

After the Islamic Emirate came to power again, the state-owned company Spin Zar in Kunduz province, after years of hiatus, has reactivated and is currently active in more than 10 production sectors.
