Three members of Afghanistan’s Meshrano Jirga—Mohammad Anwar Bashliq, Mohammad Azim Qoyash and Liyaqatullah Babakarkhil--were arrested on charges of accepting $40,000 in bribe money from customs officials in Kunduz, the Attorney General’s Office said on Monday.
