The Afghanistan national futsal team will face Bahrain in their final group match today (Tuesday, April 22) at the 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup. 

According to officials at the Football Federation, this match between the Afghan and Bahrain national futsal teams will begin at 6:30 PM Kabul time, hosted in Thailand.

In their last group match, the country's futsal players are lining up against Bahrain after having been defeated by Iran with a score of 3-1 in their last two games; however, in the second match of this competition, they managed a draw of 3-3 against their opponent, Kuwait.

The Afghan national futsal team in these preliminaries is in Group "D" with the national players of Iran, Kuwait, and Bahrain, and for the first time, they have qualified for this competition.

The 2024 AFC Futsal Asian Cup is currently being hosted by Thailand in Bangkok in four groups of four teams, among sixteen teams, and started a few days ago in the year 2024.
