The US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said at a debate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington DC on Wednesday, the United States and India, the two biggest democracy in the world would cooperate in different fields, including security.  

Tillerson meanwhile criticized some of China politics and its provoking activities in South China Sea.
