Government Appoints Four New Ambassadors

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) on Monday announced that the National Unity Government (NUG) has appointed four new ambassadors including Sayed Tayyeb Jawad as new Afghan ambassador to the United Kingdom.

Jawed previously served as advisor to Chief Executive Office Abdullah Abdullah and was Afghanistan’s ambassador to the U.S.

MoFA spokesman Ahmad Shekeb Mustaghni said that Sardar Mohammad Rahman Oghli has been appointed as Afghan envoy to Ukraine, Khujastah Sana Ibrahimkhail to Austria and Mangal Hussain Ahmadzai to Kuwait.
