Several capital residents expressed their satisfaction with the security provided in the country, especially in Kabul.
They urged the officials of the Islamic Emirate to continue their relentless efforts in maintaining security after Eid as well.
Abdullah, a resident of Kabul, said: “The security is very well maintained. Our request of the Islamic Emirate is to ensure security on regular days as well.”
Zainullah, another resident of Kabul, stated: “Security is ensured in all provinces. Our request of the security forces is to maintain such security on regular days too.”
Sayed Sami, also from Kabul, remarked: “During the Eid days, the security was good; we implore the Islamic Emirate to ensure security on regular days as well.”
Meanwhile, officials from the Ministry of Interior pledged they are striving to better ensure the citizens' security.
Abdul Matin Qane, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Interior, said: “According to the plan and policy made by the senior security affairs administration, during the religious days like Eid which is passing, that plan had been given to the provincial governors and security commanders, and the officials were present in their places serving the people in the provinces.”
Following complaints from the citizens, the Islamic Emirate had also prohibited aerial firing and the sale of fireworks during the Eid days.
